“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7 NASB)
this summer, i’ve been real busy with internship and all that so i didn’t have time to look for partners who will help me join the camp. i’ve been praying, calling some people whenever i have the time but they were all unavailable, if not on vacation, they don’t have extra money, so NOT THIS TIME, khen. I never lost hope though, i know i’m joining. And i always kept it in my mind and heart that “if it’s God’s will, it’s His bill.”
This morning, i only had (literally), 25 pesos. I had bread for lunch and lots of water (for 15pesos only, so i still have 10pesos). I praised God that He never made me starve EVER! then, my mom called saying that i already have a hundred pesos on my account, yey! i’ll be able to live until Sunday! haha. Thanks mom!
Then i remembered… TODAY is the DEADLINE of REGISTRATION for LIFE ADVENTURE CAMP!

i prayed and prayed and prayed… i believed that God will really provide.
Then, di ba, 5pm na man ang deadline for the registration sa camp? a little before 5pm, i went to visit my uncle, nangumusta lang, and nagpasuya sa akong sun.star articles. hahaha. there i learned that my uncle has been reading my articles pala. yey! He congratulated me and said that he is proud of me, blah blah blah, then asked if i needed anything.
*ting* Familiar mo anang light bulb nga mogawas every time naay bright idea ang bida (sarree, this is my note, so ako ang bida! wahaha). Btaw, seriously, pag-ingon gyud ato ba, feeling nako naa gyud nigawas nga light bulb on top of my head. SO… (drum roll please), i told him i’m joining a Leadership Camp, June 1 pa but DEADLINE na sa REGISTRATION TODAY! Then, he gave me money!!!!
waaa… thank you God, amazing gyud kaayo ka oi! You are never late… You always provide!
AMAZING! i love you so much God! thank you…
“…for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.” (Matthew 6:8 ESVS)
Because our Father knows what we need before we ask Him, He is prepared to act on our behalf. He may have already put into motion the very things that will answer our prayer. But that does not mean He does not expect us to ask Him. He loves us, wants to hear from us, and desires to bless us through the relationship of prayer with Him. To not pray because God already knows is to take our relationship with Him for granted. Our God is omniscient and omnipotent – He knows and is able to take care of our needs. But He wants to answer our prayers within a mutual relationship of love and joy.
The encouragement of “Your Father knows what you need before you ask him” is that we have a God who is eager and ready to answer us when we ask Him. He delights in His children coming freely to Him in prayer. So let us ask as we would in a family relationship and then experience the blessings of praying to our all-knowing and loving Father. CLT

Waiting is incredibly difficult. Author and pastor Charles Swindoll says it’s the hardest thing Christians have to do. Because we live in an instant society, we’re not used to waiting for anything. But God uses the discipline of waiting to teach us lessons we can’t learn any other way.
Sometimes God puts the brakes on our plans because He wants to teach us an important lesson and He has got to get our attention. Occasionally, God puts up a stop sign to keep us from going in a certain direction because He wants to redirect us. Quite often, we’re so sure we’re headed the right way that we won’t listen unless He stops us dead in our tracks. Of course, we sometimes need God to grab us and stop the runaway train of our lives because we’ve sinned and we need to repent.
Waiting can be especially difficult when it seems as if everything in our lives is stuck at a red light, but He may be preparing a person or a situation so that when we proceed again He can work even more powerfully.
To us, waiting seems like a waste – or worse, it feels like things will never be right again. When we have to wait, we shouldn’t just sit and fritter away the time. We should pursue God with all our hearts, try to determine the reason God wants us to wait, and trust His goodness and timing because He is, after all, God.
“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous.
Yes, wait patiently for the Lord”—Psalm 27:14
